March Meeting Minutes The meeting was called to order at 6:15pm at the Pizza Ranch in Lennox, SD. Approval of the February meeting minutes was motioned by Peggy Whitehead and the motion was seconded by Gwen Homer. Old Business Memberships – DTMS has a total of 26 members, which consists of 24 CMSA members and 14 MSA members. Club Apparel – Cassandra Swanson and Gwen Homer talked about scarf’s and color selection. Red satin with gold trim were the colors chosen for the DTMS club scarfs. Kevin Finck made a motion for the club to purchase 12 scarf’s, which club members may purchase. Mardy Gulbrandson seconded the motion. Shooting Clinic – An all day shooting clinic will take place on Saturday, May 31st from 9 to 5. A free super will be provided following the shooting clinic. On Sunday, June 1st, a 4 stage MSA shoot will be held starting at 10am. Discussion on the cost of the clinic and shoot has been tabled until the following meeting. Horse Fair – A discussion took place regarding the booth, the set up and what members will be at the Horse Fair to help at the booth. Our next meeting will be on April 13th at 5:30 at the Pizza Ranch in Lennox. At 7:35pm Kevin Finck made the motion to adjourn the meeting, Gwen Homer seconded the motion. |
